Chance Me (Rising Senior)?

I will be a senior this school year, and UCSB is probably my top choice. I visited back in spring and absolutely loved it, and now I'm going paranoid about not being accepted. Here are my stats:

UW GPA: 3.78
W(UC) GPA: 4.15
SAT: 1780 CR: 540 M: 650 W: 590
ACT: Composite: (29) E: 33 M: 30 R: 25 S: 28
AP: Physics B: (3) Statistics: (4) Psychology (Self-studied): (4)
ELC: Yes

Senior Year Course Load:
AP Chemistry
AP Calculus BC
AP Government
Expository Reading/Writing

EC:
Marching Band: 9, 10, 11 (This took up more time than you think)
Wind Ensemble: 9, 10
Psychology Club: 11
Self Studied AP Psychology: 11
ASB: 12

I really want to get into UCSB. Do you think I have a good shot? Will being in ELC help me? I'll be devastated if I'm not accepted, but I understand that things happen.
Thank you for reading!

You have a great gpa, just work on your sats

I will not be retaking the SAT, but will retake the ACT. I’m almost positive they will look at my ACT over my SAT. Is my ACT score competitive for this school nowadays, and does being in ELC help? I’m kind of hoping that I have a REALLY good chance of getting in. Obviously, it’s not a safety, but I’m curious as to how my chances are. Average? Good? Very good?

This is probably my top choice school, and whether or not a “better” school accepts me, I will most likely come here if accepted.
