UC GPA’s? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Highly unlikely at most of those schools. Would not waste an app fee on Stanford, WashU, Berkeley, UVa, or Ross. If you really want to attend one of these highly selective schools for b-school, consider attending a community college for two years, earn a bunch of A’s, and transfer.

You will not receive any merit aid, so can your family pay full OOS fees at those publics?

UCR is probably the only school you might have a chance and even that the admit rate is low for your GPA. A competitive SAT 1350+ might help. Going to a competitive HS will be considered but good grades/GPA are going a major factor.

Some UC admit data below:

As a CA Resident, you should consider the Cal states which have great Business programs. SFSU would be a safety.

The link below shows average admitted CSU GPA by campus. This should help you target schools within your GPA range.

Thanks a ton Gumbymom. Will be happy even if SJSU, SDSU or UCR accepts me. Chapman, Pepperdine, Loyola Marymont, Pitzer are all Out of reach (monetary wise). Will also consider University of the Pacific.

UCR if you look on the chart I posted, has around around 18% admit rate based on your GPA, making it a Reach school. SDSU has an average CSU GPA of 3.97 which would also make it a Reach. SJSU is an option if you are within the local service area. You need to apply widely and include a couple of non-impacted Cal states as safeties such as my suggestion of SFSU. Look on the Cal state link for schools where your GPA puts at the average or above for the best chances. Since Cal states are test blind this admission cycle, GPA will the most important factor.
