Please chance me for Temple Acceptance and Scholarship Likelihood

Temple is my top choice for college, but as an OOS it’s extremely pricey for me.
Unfortunately, I won’t qualify for much financial aid, but there’s no way I can pay 40k+ per year to go there =(

Here are my stats, keeping in mind that I’m still a junior.

UW GPA: 3.7
W GPA: 4.2
5/200ish in my class

I’ve taken all available honors classes throughout HS as well as several community college classes.
I’ve taken APUSH, AP GOV, AP LIT, and next year I’ll take AP Spanish Language and Culture
My school offers AP Calc and AP Physics, but I will not take those as I’m not strong in math and it isn’t applicable to my intended major, Global/International Studies.

By the time I graduate, I’ll have taken 5 years of Spanish and 3 years of French. I’ve won awards in my school for both languages and my future career will be heavily involved with foreign language.

I’m involved in Model United Nations, French Club ( no Spanish club at my school ): ), yearbook, student council

You would definitely be admitted and are overqualified. My daughter was accepted OOS with much lower stats. I’m not certain of all the guidelines for specific scholarships, but it would certainly seem you’d get good merit money. Good luck! Of course, your standardized test scores are yet to be seen? But if they don’t match up with your grades, rigorous courses, and ECs, you can always apply Temple Option. Students can get merit money that route too.

You should be able to secure a good amount of merit scholarships. Don’t forget to apply for other scholarships as well.

Want to add that I got a 27 on my ACT, we just got our scores back. Not as high as I had hoped, but of Temple accepts superscores, I would have a 28

Temple does not super score ACT, only SAT.
