Chance me! (slightly selective colleges)

So unforunately I do not have any test scores as I have not taken/recieved them yet. But based on just my practice tests/GPA/EC's, please chance me. I'll probably make a new thread at the end of the year when I have all my scores.

Unweighted GPA: 3.87
Weighted GPA: Not quite sure....I'm guessing 3.95-4.10. They had 0.5 for every IB course, and I've taken 6 so far. We also don't get our class rank until the beginning of senior year, so not sure about that either.

SAT Reasoning Scores
Just took Math II (don't have scores) and will be taking Bio and possibly Chem

SAT II Scores
Haven't taken yet, but latest practice scores were:
Total: 2250
CR: 750
W: 720
M: 780

Also got a 220 on my PSATs.

Courses (I'm not listing things like PE or Tech):

Took Algebra 1 (A/A/A-) for credit in 8th grade

9th:
Honors English A/A-
Honors World History A/A-
Geometry A/A
General Biology A-/A
French 1 A/A

Self-studied French 2 over the summer

10th:
Honors English A/A
Honors European History A/A
Chemistry A-/A
Algebra 2 A/A-
Studio Art 1 A
French 3 A-/A-

Took Precalc 151 (A-) and Art 120 (A, gave me 1 yr of credit) at community college over summer

11th (so far):
IB English A
IB US History B+
IB MM2 (Calculus 1) A-
IB Business A
IB Biology 1 A
IB French 1 B+

As you can see, the sudden jump from normal courses to IB courses pretty much screwed me over junior year. I am an IB Diploma candidate, though.

ECs:
National Honor Society (starts Junior Yr, so 1)
Varsity/Neighbourhood Swim Team (3 yrs)
Traditional Indian Dance (3 yrs)
Volunteer for Indian Organization Uttoron (6 yrs) (probably 200+ hrs)
GSA (founding member, 3 yrs)
JSA (PNW region cabinet member, 2 yrs)
Math Club/WA State Math Association (founding VP of Events Team, 1 yr)
Biology Club (1 yr)
Private Tutor (this is something I do on my own) (3 yrs)
DECA (first and probably only year)
Planning on doing some biology research internships this summer

Awards:
1st place in event at DECA regionals; going on to state in March (I find out if I double qualified for the paper + my event in a few weeks)

Chance me for:
UCLA, UCSD, UC Davis, and UC Berkeley (I'm OOS)
Stanford (I know this is a reach for everyone but...yeah)
RICE
U of IL at Urbana-Champaign
U of WA
WASHU
Northwestern
Brown
Vanderbilt

This isn't a definitive list of colleges, so if anyone has suggestions for good pre-med colleges that are a match for me, that would be nice.

Bumpity bump

Another bump.

You’ll be accepted to UC Davis, U of Washington, and U of Illinois for sure.

blumpity blump

You have a great chance at any of the colleges on your list unless you somehow screw up next semester and end up with something like 3 C’s.

Edit: Well, except perhaps Stanford. But then again, to have a “good” chance for Stanford you need to do something crazy like discover the cure to some debilitating disease while simultaneously being ASB president and #10 in the state for teen’s volleyball. Basically, you have to actually accomplish everything in Hugh Gallegher’s essay.

UCLA, UCSD, UC Davis, and UC Berkeley (I’m OOS) - High Match
Stanford (I know this is a reach for everyone but…yeah) - High Reach
RICE - Match
U of IL at Urbana-Champaign - Match
U of WA - Match
WASHU - Match
Northwestern - High Match
Brown-High Match/ Low Reach
Vanderbilt-High Match

Good luck! : )

bump bump bump

bumpity boomp
