`*~chance me so you wont just be somebody that I used to know

I know a lot of OOS students who have gotten into SUNY Oswego with worst scores and GPA than you. You probably will get a good scholarship that will pay most of your tuition and room and board as long as you apply by Dec. 1 I believe. I don’t know about SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Stony Brook because it’s ultra competitive for in state students, but since you’re OOS, you might get in because SUNYs love diversity.

Thanks brotha for that info, I pick oswego cuz its lake-side and was hoping that it would be a low-match/safety, now geneseo/stonybrook are scaring me cause they are ‘ultra-competetive’!

No man, look it’s competitive for in state students because they’re the best SUNY schools. I think even if you were in state, you still be okay. But since you’re out of state, you’ll probably get in because SUNYs need more diversity since most SUNY schools are 70-80% instate. I think you’re fine, but it depends on who is applying this year.

If you like the lake side (Lake Erie) and want more safeties, look at SUNY Fredonia. It will probably accept you.

I’ve been to SUNY Oswego. It’s beautiful. You’ll probably even have your dorm right by the lake!

Thanks again I’ll keep my hopes up for stonybrook and geneseo! thanks for that!
