Chance me -- sub par SAT scores

Hello all, I would like your opinion in reference to my opinion at schools such as MIT, Cornell, Duke, CMU, and Northwestern. I will be applying to the engineering colleges if it means anything.

GPA (unweighted): 4.0 out of 4.0
GPA (weighted) 4.56
class rank: as of sophmore year -- 1/670
Projected rank following the conclusion of this year: 2/670

SAT I scores:
math - 700
CR - 650
Writing - 640
Total - 1990

SAT II scores:
unknown -- Will be taking Math II, World, and Physics (plan to do terribly in physics, well in the others)

Note: Quite simply, I am not good at standardized tests; this is where I feel my week point is

Classes taken (Note: my school is very rigid with the specific AP courses that one can take each year. I bent the rules a little both this year and last year):
Sophmore Year- AP Computer Science A, AP US History
Junior Year - AP Computer Science AB (inde. study), AP Calculus BC, AP World History

AP Exam Scores:
AP Comp Sci A - 5
APUSH - 4
remaining scores are projected to be 4s or 5s

ECs:
-Active member of Student Government (ran for president -- peer election proved detrimental)
-Active Member of NHS (not able to apply for office due to future activity)
-Research in the MET lab at Drexel University -- entering second year; possibility of publication
- Founder of FIRST Robotics/Tech Challenge team at my High School
- Foreign Exchange for two semesters to France (senior year)
- 200+ hours community service at local hospital
- 7 years club soccer
- Numerous other clubs such as newspaper and photography club ("unofficial" president)

Note: Clubs are (unfortunately) very limited at my high school and obtaining leadership positions in them are rare as they are teacher-run.

I ask not for you to provide a percent chance of getting into the schools listed above. Instead I ask you to provide some insight as to how I compare to the average accepted applicant to each school. For example, if CMU accpets 23% of its applicants, would I have the potential to fall in that 23%?

I am well aware that once certain criteria is met, admissions becomes somewhat of a lottery (I have been told this from professors that I know who work at a couple of the schools listed above). Please do not post if you have no experience on the topic and are merely attempting to boost your ego =p.

Thanks in advance

MIT is really really random and very selective, but your credentials are top notch (also are you a girl? bc that would help you!) … i also think you have a great shot at CMU - i don’t think they focus on board scores as much.

I would look at BU engineering as a safety (if you are interested?)
your rank, and GPA and EC will deff help you and schools will look past your SATs (and if they don’t, **** that school for focusing on meaningless tests that don’t show intelligence or demonstrate how you will do at their school:) )
