Chance Me + Suggestions for Reaches/Matches (Will Chance Back)

I’m an rising senior (Asian, female, attending a competitive and well regarded public school) and was wondering what my chances would be (and any suggestions you’d have on more reaches/matches) given these stats:

[
] ACT: 35C (36E, 36R, 34M, 35S)
[] SAT II: Math II - 790, Biology M - 790, Chemistry - 770

[li] Volunteer/Community service: 200+ volunteer hours at the local hospital in the surgical and pulmonary units (did clerical work, helped post-surgical patients/families as liaison, assisted in a clinical trial, shadowed doctors), 50+ hours at a volunteer ambulance corp, and 50+ hours at soup kitchens/food pantries [/li]
Schools: Macaulay Honors at Hunter (my first choice school !! idk if I have a shot at it though), Cornell, Tufts, and SUNY Stony Brook, in addition to some safeties and matches I’d be happy to go to.

Thank you!

You have great test scores, but as you mentioned your GPA is pretty low and your activities are a little thin. If Macaulay Honors has ED make sure you apply ED to maximize your chances (I’m not too familiar with Macaulay but it sounds competitive). As for the other schools Cornell is a reach and Tufts is a low reach and Stony Brook would be safety.

Check out Wichita State! Worked at IT help desk there for 26 yrs. Great place. But what sort of Asian are u? Korea Asian? China Asian or even a Singapore Asian? This matters for calling out ur privilege
