<p>What do you guys consider a bad ACT? Mine’s 31 with an 8 essay… should I retake? I have around a 3.75/4.13 GPA.</p>

31 is a great ACT score for UCSD, the average is 29. I got in with a a much lower score. I would only suggest retaking the ACT if you are applying to top tier private schools.</p>
<p>i got in with a 3.65 unweighted, 3.74 UC gpa, and a 2050 sat score, so you’ll get in.</p>
