Chance Me & The Affect of Applying Early Decision

My stats:
GPA (w): 3.59
GPA (uw): 3.32

ACT: Writing 25, Math 27, Reading 30, Science 34. Composite: 29

SAT: Essay 10, Writing: 700, Math: 680, Reading: 640, Composite: 2020 (or 1320 on 1600 scale)

AP tests (got 4's on all of them): US Gov, Human Geography, US History (plan to take AP Enviro, AP Macro, and AP Micro this year).

My story is as follows. I went to a very easy school freshman year, the school closed and I switched to a much more academically challenging school. My grades went from a 4.0 to a ~3.4 for Soph year through the first half of Jr. year (I got 1 academic A throughout the whole time). Then I got extended test time and my grades went up to 3.67 (I currently have a 4.0 again).

EC's:
- AP Scholar
- Student of the month
- Co-leader of water quality monitoring group
- Model UN: 4 awards
- community service: cutting, stacking wood for the elderly, and doing odd jobs for them
- finance: I have done a lot of financial work on family finances, and am a very good stock investor (beat ~90% of professional managers, and am in the 94th percentile of amateurs).

my intended major is finance, unless I go to U Mass in which case it is sports management.

The schools I am applying to are:
Colorado University (I live in CO)
Colorado State
Oregon U
U Washington
U Wisconsin - Madison
U Mass - Amherst

My other question is this: how does applying early decision/action affect my chances of getting in? How does it affect my chances of getting financial aid?

buuummmmmppp
