ECs: Average, I suppose

What do ya'll think my chances are? I'm applying to the College at Georgetown and the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke.

Thanks!

I think you have a pretty good shot at Georgetown (I’m also applying), I don’t know Duke that well so I’m not sure about that one.

I think you really have as good a shot as anyone. What are your EC’s? Even if you think that they are “meh,” there could be something that colleges find really juicy in there.

I have one EC that I am very involved with that will probably grab some attention; it is pretty selective. But other than that, I’m just a member of some clubs. Thanks!

Anymore suggestions?

Those scores are in the ballpark. Good luck!

Yay! I hope you’re right. I’ve always dreamt of attending Georgetown.

in for Gtown
match for Duke I would say

yes, good GPA, but what kind of classes? That’s extremely important!

Thanks ya’ll! Duke has such a low transfer acceptance rate that I’m not really banking on being accepted. But Georgetown’s is a bit more reasonable.

Basically, engineering courses (chemistry, vector geometry, linear algebra, multivariable calculus, physics, etc.)

You’ve got a good shot I’d say. You beat me :)

Well, if you’re applying too, hopefully we will both get in!
