Can you chance me to McGill (life sciences), Toronto (life science and computer science), Waterloo (computer science), and UBC (computer science)?

Thanks!

Are you a Canadian citizen or permanent resident?

If your grades continued through 11th grade, then I think that your chances are excellent at all of these schools.

yup i am a canadian citizen living in the states,

well my 11th grade average is 93 and my 12th grade average is 90 (all the AP courses are shafting me). I didnt have any APs in 9-11th grade.

Here are McGill’s minimum requirements. Life Sciences is among the most selective.

Waterloo CS is very competitive. Make sure you highlight your robotics achievements in your AIF. You buried the lead in your OP.

You can’t apply to both CS and life sci at U of T. Which one did you apply to?

@boulders what does OP and AIF mean (lol im dumb)?

Also, I haven’t applied to U of T yet, but I am planning to apply to the easier one from CS and life sci. The thing is, I am trying to choose between computer science and medicine right now. Do you know which program is easier to get into at U of T?

OP= original post or original poster

AIF = additional information form, a form that is used in University of Waterloo admissions

Life Science is easier to get into at U of T.

@mustardprime You cannot apply to medicine until you have completed at least 3 years of undergrad and preferably have a bachelor’s degree first.

@TomSrOfBoston yeah i know if i apply to toronto i will choose from computational biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, and molecular biology. one of these majors should be good i guess
