Transferring for the second time, was at a small private 4 year college and transferred to the local community college.

GPA at Comm Coll: 3.04 presently but 3.55 expected at the end of the current semester bringing my accumulated ave to 3.28 with all my credits from the other colleges

GPA overall 3.04 presently

Accounting Undergrad ( Plan to get my JD/MBA)

EC:
-found raising leadership in high school
-Student leadership at church
-soccer and football

The Catch:
-8 year missionary child in third world country
-Worked as a licensed Realtor in high school
-Mortgage Consultant before the age of 20

My recommendations are strong but my grades i know will hurt me. I just feel kinda clueless with where i stand so my colleges are all over the place with standards

Colleges:

George Washington University
Fordham University
American University
Marquette
Seton Hall

i think you have decent chances. it seems that if you’re transferring to gw’s business school your “real life” experience could definitely be a plus.
i think that in regards to fordham, you have a really decent chance. i never applied to those other schools, so i don’t know as much about them. i will say your chances at american are probably better than at gw, simply b/c american is a little easier to get into in general…

Your GPA is kind of weak (okay… really weak), but I think considering your ECs and such, you are probably a good match. I would call GWU, Fordham, and American matches or high matches, but nothing more. I cannot comment on Marquette or Seton Hall; I don’t know anything about them.

I think you will get into Seton Hall and you have good chances at Fordham and American. Don’t know to much about Marquette. Best of luck!
