Chance Me- Transfer student

I applied for EA to LSA last year out of high school and got deferred then denied. Looking back, I think it was probably my essays that kept me out, as I completely missed the point of one of them. They got my application for transfer for Fall 2014 LSA a few weeks ago, and I thought I'd see what you guys think about my chances. I know that they recommend transferring after two years, but I hit 60 credits in my first semester, so this is really my only chance.

High School GPA: 3.7
ACT- 34, 10 for writing
SAT- 2180
SAT II- Chem: 770 Math II: 750
EC: Orchestra, Band, Marching Band, Ski Team, LaCrosse, Hockey Coach, lots of community service
AP Scores:
Chem- 4
US GOPO- 3
Calc BC- 5 (AB subscore- 5)
Stats- 5
Lang- 5
Bio- 4
Psych- 4
Lit- 4

Michigan State University:
Accounting/ Finance Major, Sophomore
GPA- 3.65, Dean's List
Credits- 50 (37 AP, 13 Actual)
Current Enrollment: 13 credits
EC: Orchestra, low tier club Hockey, continued community service, intermediate school part time music teacher, part time job
Good Recommendations

And I actually spent time on my essays, including having a family friend that works in admissions at UofM say they're good.

I think I can shave off at least three credits from different credit values for AP scores, so I shouldn't have to ditch any classes to stay within the 60 credit transfer limit.

Thanks to anyone that reads all this.
