Chance me? Transferring as a Junior

Hello, I'm an international student.

I applied to, and got accepted to, schools like the U of San Diego, Northeastern (with a scholarship), USC, NYU, BC, Tufts, etc, however due to financial instability I couldn't go this year as a rising sophomore. ) : I was surprised as I got into all of the schools I applied to.

I applied when I had a 4.0 my first term with only four courses done; however, I took courses taught in a language I've never used academially (my native language, but I was used to English all my life) the next two terms and my GPA fell, not to mention I got one C because I got influenza the weekend before the mid-term exam, which was 50 percent of my grade : /

Now my GPA's about 3.6, and if I get straight A's the next two trimesters, I will have a GPA of about 3.76. My highschool GPA was above 4, all of my classes were IB/AP, my SAT's were from 2000 to 2100, and I have not special, but very consistent EC's and work experience (all of them I've done for over 5 years straight)

What are some schools I can apply to with the GPA?
Any safeties?
How much of a chance do I have at the schools I got into as a rising sophomore?

Thank you!

: D

Also, when is the fastest possible time I will have a reply from these colleges?
