Chance me UC schools and UT?

I’m a high school senior and my dream schools are either UCLA or UC Berkeley. I know that it is extremely competitive for both schools as I am an OOS applicant (from Texas), so I have UT on there as well which is more realistic. My stats are:

GPA: UW 95.2 W 97.9 (my school doesn’t do out of 4 or 5, I’ve only had two B’s my entire high school career)
ACT w/essay: 34 Composite, 34 Math, 34 Reading, 33 Writing, 33 Science, 8 essay
Major: Biochem/pre-med track (although i’m thinking about applying to plan II honors at UT, not sure yet though)
Rank: Top 10% (my class only has 150 students and they are all extremely gifted)
Full IB Diploma Candidate taking 4 HL classes (Math, Bio, Chem, Psych) and 2 SL (Spanish, Literature)
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Asian (Pakistani)
Location: Texas
EC: Yearbook Editor In Chief (been in yearbook for 5 years), president of a club I started, founded a business doing makeup for teens, volunteer coordinator at local non profit clinic (which i volunteered at for 4 years), secretary of finance club, stage manager of our school play, spanish honor society treasurer, co-president of journalism honor society which I started, volleyball outside hitter, play piano and ukulele, NHS, national spanish exam gold medal in 9th silver medal in 10th, 6th place in state speech tournament, honor roll, multiple summer internships, over 150 hours of community service, and then some more random clubs lol.

Can you guys chance me for UCLA, UC Berkeley, UT Austin, and Emory? I’m also applying to Northwestern and Rice but I don’t really want to go there that much, my parents want me to apply. My safety is A&M since I have auto admission.

u shud calculate ur UC GPA first, and u have a good ACT score. However UCLA and Cal are reaches for all.
U shud also know that OOS UC’s are pretty costly.
Y don’t u save money and go to UT. Since u are premed, Texas is better as it is little less competitive than Cal, and a lot cheaper. If I were u, just stay in Texas. You also have really good chance at UT.

OOS students receive no financial aid for UCLA/UCB so expect to pay $60K/year to attend. As stated in the above, post both are Reach schools but you look like a qualified and competitive applicant if these schools are affordable. If Medical school is your ultimate goal, then keeping your Undergrad costs at a minimum are essential. California is Ultra competitive for Pre-Med students, so no there is no advantage in going to California for your undergrad.
