Chance me UChicago EA Please!

Hi y'all, Chicago's my dream school and I feel like it'd be the best place for me to study the next four years. Tell me what you think, I'd really love to know, I'm EAing!

GPA: 3.5 UW (My school does not weight GPAs)
Class Rank: N/A
Classes: IB Diploma Student
IB Predicted Score: Good, 36-38/42 Range
SAT: 2100
ACT: 34
Essays: Pretty good, several people thought they were incredibly talented, but who knows! I'm a writer, that's my skill!
SAT IIs: 750 Bio Ecological, 790 Math I
School type: International School.

ECs:
Huge fan of debate, government, model un, and public speaking (Hoping to study political science and international studies)

Model UN (Chair, Deputy Conference Manager, Secretary General)
National Honor Society (Set it up at my school and became secretary)
Brevity Literary Magazine (Run my own literary magazine for the underprivileged in India)
Run my family, my parents are both away, so I'm responsible for the care of my two really young sisters, unfortunately or fortunately this takes up most of my study and extra time during the school year, so to a certain degree accounts for the relatively low gpa.
Tutoring (Teaching fifth grades study skills and work ethic)
Community service all four years
Run the school's newspaper, Voice
Student Government Representative

Summers:
Ivy Scholars Program in American Political Philosophy and Democratic Thought
Ivy Scholars Program in Grand Strategy (Best Marshall Brief Award)
Yale Summer Session (A's in both classes)

I think I'll be relatively competitive, but let me know! Thank you! I'm the first woman in my family to attend university and the first in my family to head to the US for an undergrad degree (I am American though), so I'm not sure that helps!

Your weak spot is your GPA. That makes it a reach even if all other elements are just fine.

Thanks Catria! I appreciate your honesty, I know that my GPA will be the weak spot on my application! Hopefully they’ll see something in me and it’ll work out!
:)

Besides GPA, your scores are great as well as your ECs. I think that you definitely have a shot.
Being a female and coming from an international school would explain to colleges about the no weighted gpa.
Chance me?
