Schools i'm looking at:

Urbana Champagne (specifically school of Engineering)
UMich Ann Arbor
UChicago
Northwestern
NYU
JHU
Rice
Northeastern
Boston College
Boston University
UCLA
UCSD
Cornell

sorry but with those grades and ACT score, uchicago and northwestern are extremely high reaches…

UMich - Match
BC - Reach
Northwestern - Reach
BU - Low match
Cornell - Reach
Rice - Reach
JHU - Reach
UCLA/SD - Reach
Northeastern - Low match
UChic - Reach

GPA on the low side even if the academic rigor. Of course your chances at some schools like UChic and Rice go up tremendously if you write stellar essays and show a ton of interest.

An University like Cornell requires at minimum 2 SAT IIs even with ACT. The only school within Cornell which does not require SAT IIs is CALS.

With your stats, I would say JHU, NU, Cornell, UCLA, Chicago and Rice are probably off the table. I assume you want to major in science/math/engineering? 2 Cs in trig are not going to help. Applying as an Asian at those top tier schools is not going to help. I would look at your school’s Naviance to see where students with similar stats as you are getting into. You need more matches and safeties.

^^He/she sums it up, your grades, APs and test scores are all weak. You should really look into state schools, since your ethnicity doesn’t help either (I feel your pain). Good luck!
