Chance me (UCLA, UC Berkeley, UCSD, UCI, USC, Georgia Tech, etc.)

I am a senior this year.
I started learning English when I moved here from Taiwan in 7th grade.

Stats:
GPA: 3.81 unweighted, 4.06 weighted(UC)
My SAT went from 1530-->1830 and taking this October SAT (according to my recent practice test score 2100)
Class Rank 19/397 Top 5%

AP Chem (4), AP Chinese (5), APUSH (4), AP Euro(3), AP Lang (didn't pass)
taking AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Psych

Although English has always been my weakness as a second language, I have taken AP Class to challenge myself.

Some EC
Volunteer at my church, serving as the Vocal, visual presentation control for 3 years.
Badminton for 3 years
Science Olympiad (senior year)

I am wondering what are my chances and predictions for these schools. Any feedback is welcome. Thank you.

My list of college is here:
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
UCLA
UC Berkeley
UCSD
UCI
USC
Gerogia Tech
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

(I know these are like dreams schools but still going to apply)
MIT
Stanford

i think that you should really consider retaking your SAT, because that will help you get into these schools.
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo–high match
UCLA–low reach
UC Berkeley–reach
UCSD–match
UCI–match
USC–reach
Gerogia Tech–no idea
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute–no idea
MIT–reach
Stanford–reach

although MIT And Stanford are reaches for everybody, it is definitely worth a try. Your ECs are pretty typical, and your GPA is good but not great, so improving on test scores could be beneficial for you.

chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1691955-what-are-my-chances-top-tiers-west-and-east.html

What is your major?? This will determine you chances at many of the listed schools. Improving that SAT will definitely help our chances. Without knowing your intended major and current Stats:

MIT/Stanford: High Reach
UCB/UCLA: Reach
USC/SLO/UCSD: Low Reach
UCI: High Reach
RSI/Georgia Tech: ??? IDK

Apply broadly and make sure you have some safeties.

Your EC’s are very weak. Your GPA leaves to be desired and your test scores are also really low right now. You need them to be at least 2100. That being said

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo- depends on your major. for engineering then low-mid reach. Anything else-match
UCLA-mid reach
UC Berkeley-high reach
UCSD-low reach
UCI-high match
USC-mid reach
Gerogia Tech-mid reach
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute-no clue

(I know these are like dreams schools but still going to apply)
MIT-high reach
Stanford-high reach

Please chance me back

Don’t worry excessively about your GPA as it is not low enough to sink you entire application, although it is kinda low for the elite colleges such as MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley and UCLA.
