During my first year I worked 25 hours a week waitressing.</p>
<p>During my free semester (since I will be done with 60 semester units after fall) I am hoping to study spanish in spain.</p>
<p>Im hoping to have my gpa up to a 3.8 by the end of the summer, currently enrolled in 8 units (business, calculus). (the gpa that will be written on my application becuase grades wont be in for fall semester before I apply)</p>

<p>Also: What can I do to increase my chances? I know those programs are increadibly competitive and I want to be as prepared as possible. Will it help that I will have junior standing one semester after graduating high school?</p>
