You are competitive for UCLA and on your other thread you stated you wanted CS. What is more important, getting into UCLA or into CS? UCLA is a tough admit either way since they have a record # of applicants this year and a cap on OOS admissions.

At this point I just want to get into UCLA. I did more research on possible majors and found similar majors in the College of L&S. The problem I find with engineering is that you are forced to only do one major. I want to go Undeclared now and in the school of L&S so I have the freedom do change majors with ease. (In the college of L&S at least).

You do know that you have until January 31 to request a change of major? After that, you cannot change your major unless you are admitted and during Freshman orientation.

I know, thats why I changed my major yesterday to Undecided.
