Have you run the NPC to make reasonably sure these are all affordable, and is your family willing to pay?

@prezbucky I can afford all of the schools I am applying to

Then I think it’s a pretty good list.

Anyone else?

You are a competitive applicant for all of these schools. Focus on writing great essays and apply early to one of your top choices. Your stats and ECs make you qualified for any of these schools

In state or OOS for the UCs?

@hamurtle As stated in OP, private school on east coast

In that case you need to recalculate UC GPA since only AP classes taken in 10-11 grades are given the GPA weight. I assume you are willing the pay the 60,000 for UCSD and UCSB. High match for both. UCLA is a low reach.

Match for SCU, although the school is becoming harder to get into. I recall SCU having a fairly decent PoliSci program but there will not be much recognition outside the Bay Area.

Georgetown recommends 3 SAT subject tests.

@Hamurtle What about USC, ND and BC?

Low reach for USC, high match for BC, reach for ND. GPA could be higher although ACT is in range.

I’m assuming you’re Catholic given your school choices. There might be a boost there for BC and SCU since both are Jesuit.

@hamurtle Yes, I am. My private school is also Jesuit.
