SAT and ACT are too low for UCI and UCD, probably Cal Poly SLO as well, especially if your majoring in chemical engineering
SLO/UCSB: Reach/Low Reach
UCI/UCD: Low Reach/High Match
UCR: Match
If you have excellent EC’s and essays, they could boost your chances at the UC’s. Your GPA is pretty good, but test scores need to be bumped up into the 2000/30+ range for the best chances at ME.
You need a few more Match schools. Consider Cal Poly Pomona/CSULB/SDSU and/or UCSC.
