Chance Me- UC's, CSU's, LMU, USC, Pepperdine, Chapman, etc.

I am currently a junior in high school and up until this year, I have gone to a public hs in California. I recently transferred after my sophomore year to a boarding school to Virginia. Although my public school was academically rigorous, my new school is 100x more challenging (it is in the top 25 best boarding schools). My cumulative GPA my freshman and sophomore year from public school was around a 3.5 unweighted and 3.8 weighted. My new GPA is around a 3.3? (I am actually not sure it can range from a 3.2-3.4) Since the curriculum is much different at my new school, I had to retake Algebra 2 and French 2 and received a C in both. My other classes were all A’s and B’s. This school has been extremely challenging and also hard to adjust as a new junior. I did not take any AP’s this year but took one last year, as well as 3+ honors classes. My first round taking the SAT was 1200, and I plan to take it again. My ACT was 25, but I did this before I got an extra time accommodation which I will use during the upcoming ACT. I recently had an internship working for Congress on Capitol Hill in D.C. and got a great recommendation there from a USC alum. USC is my farthest reach school but I hope to get in.
To break things down, here’s a list of my stats and schools I wish to attend:

Thanks you! Let me know what you think my realistic chances are.

So are your parents still California residents and you would be considered in-state?

UC GPA and post capped weighted: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

2017 SAT/ACT score ranges for the UC’s and to be competitive, aim for at least the 50th percentile or higher.

25th - 75th percentiles for SAT:

UCB: 1280-1490

UCLA: 1280-1500
UCSD: 1250-1470
UCSB: 1210- 1450
UCD: 1190-1430
UCI: 1190-1420
UCSC: 1170-1380
UCR: 1090-1310
UCM: 1020-1230

25th - 75th percentiles for ACT:
UCB: 30-34
UCLA: 30-34
UCSD: 29-34
UCSB: 28-33
UCD: 26-32
UCI: 26-32
UCSC: 26-31
UCR: 23-30
UCM: 20-27

Yes, my parents are still California residents (so am I, I just go to school out of state) so I am considered for in-state. The only UC schools I am considering are San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Irvine so I guess my test scores only make the cut for Irvine. Thank you. My biggest concern if there is ANY chance of getting into USC, and how likely for LMU and Chapman.

You will have a better chance at LMU and Chapman than USC since USC tends to be very test focused. I would put all the UC’s listed along with USC, SLO and SDSU as Reach schools based on your posted stats so far.

For the California schools, I see no safety so your 1st priority should be to identify at least one but preferably 2 safety schools in California that are affordable and you are willing to attend. What is your local Cal State? If not impacted, usually your local CSU will make a good safety school. If impacted, then all bets are off.
