<p>I applied to the following schools for Electrical Engineering and the anxiety is killing me. My dream school is Irvine and this thread's mainly focused on that school but I'm worried about the rest still. I've been admitted to San Francisco State already if that means anything.</p>

-ACT: 27 (29 E/ 30 M, 24 R/ 24 Sci/ 27 combined R+W) </p>
<p>Activites(Really poor, I know):
-Secretary of Health Outreach (12th only, promotes healthy choices)
-Varsity Cross Country 11/12th
-Working as mechanic's assistant 9-12th
-Volunteer work most weekends at church 10-11th (~200 hours)
-Chevron High School Academy (Computer Science courses at nearby CSU for 3 quarters, 12th only)
-Math Tutor 11th only</p>

-Calculus AB (IP)

-English Lit(IP)</p>
<p>Misc.:
-$10,800 income last year (family of 5, single parent)
-Hispanic
-1st generation high school & college student
-Should be receiving Golden State Seal Merit Diploma</p>
