Chance me? (UCs, USC, Georgetown?)

I'm currently a rising senior. I want to know how if I would be competitive at UC Berkeley, UC Los Angeles, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara & UC Irvine.
Would Cal, LA and SD be reaches?
Also how competitive would I be at Georgetown & USC? Those have always been two of my dream schools.
Also if you could give me a few safety schools that would be good options for me, I'm not quite sure what qualifies a school as a safety.

GPA: 3.96(UW) & 4.54(W)
UC GPA: 4.36
Rank: 5/260
SAT: CR 670 M 670 W 700 (Comp: 2040); I will be retaking and hopefully getting around 2150 in Sept.

Course load (My school doesn't offer much):

-Interact Club Member (School service club)

Thank you so much for taking the time to chance me. I will chance back! :)

Are you from california? Look at the class profiles and see how you match up. A safety is a school is a school that you know will accept you. Typically, a safety school is a school you wouldn’t mind attending if you were to get rejected from the rest of the schools on your list.

Read this: <a href=“Graduate, Undergraduate and Equity Affairs | UCOP”>http://www.ucop.edu/student-affairs/programs-and-initiatives/undergraduate-admissions/eligibility-local-context.html

Basically states that if you are a CA resident who is in the top 9% of his/her graduating class, then you will be admitted to at least one UC.

Berkeley class profile: <a href=“Student Profile - Office of Undergraduate Admissions”>http://admissions.berkeley.edu/studentprofile

San Diego: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/campuses/san-diego/freshman-profile/index.html

Santa Barbara: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/campuses/santa-barbara/freshman-profile/

USC:http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/docs/USCFreshmanProfile2013.pdf

Georgetown:http://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/firstyear/studentprofile#Entering%20Class
Your UW/W GPA is above the average for Georgetown

Georgetown/UCLA/UCB: High Match(Increase your SAT score and they could be Matches)
UCSD/USC: Match
UCSB/UCI: Low Match
For a safety, you want a school that you have close to a 100% chance of acceptance and you can afford without alot of financial aid. You might want to consider SDSU/CPP/CSULB.
