For UCLA/UCB and USC, you will need to be closer to a 1400+ on your SAT to be competitive.

What is your UW GPA for USC?

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 12%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 39%
UCSB: 49%
UCD: 52%
UCI: 57%
UCSC: 83%
UCR: 90%
UCM: 92%

Your learning disabilities do explain your low GPA, but how will this will effect your ability to handle college courses will also be considered by admissions.

Also the competitiveness of your HS will be considered in your admission decisions.

UCLA/UCB/USC: Reach
UCSB: High Match-Low Reach

Do you have any other schools on your list such as Safeties and Matches?

Thank you!! and yes, I have saftey schools with 85% acceptance rates, but these are my dream schools!

I agree with @Gumbymom that your stats and GPA are not competitive for the UC’s.

It looks like you are an OOS student. Remember that the UC’s do not provide a dime for anyone who is OOS.

Right now, the political pressure is on the admissions committees to admit more state residents. Since your stats aren’t “over the top”, I don’t think your chances look good for the California public schools. The state does have a large pool of residents who have learning disabilities whose GPA’s and test scores are very competitive.

USC might consider you with higher test scores. They are a private university and are very expensive.

Have u taken ACT? What percentile are you for SAT?

I have not. and I’m in the 84th percentile
