All Reach to High Reach schools for CS. GPA and SAT below the averages along with CS being one of the most competitive majors at the UC’s. Solid EC’s and your personal insight essays could help your chances.
Some statistical data and I would target UCR, UCM and UCSC. Do you have any safety schools on your list? Some Cal States perhaps?

Best of luck and you look like a very capable applicant it is just so many qualified students applying to the UC’s for CS.
The SAT is somewhat low for the UCs, especially as a CS major. However, you have a strong course rigor and decent ECs. I think it will be somewhat of a lottery game for you. All the schools you listed have top notch CS programs but with you being an URM, you’ll have a edge over other people. Best of luck
UCs can’t take race into account for admissions although socioeconomic factors can help in admissions. But that SAT score isn’t going to help, especially for a potential CompSci major.
If you aren’t a senior, there is a better chance for you to be accepted by an OOS private school, especially one that is score optional.
Below is some examples UC admit data from 2018 to give you an idea of what you are up against. And as stated above, race/ethnicity is not a consideration for UC admissions.
UCLA CS admit data 2018: The admit rate for CS for the fall of 2018 is 8.2%. The average CS act score is a 35 and the SAT is a 1550 average.
UCI CS College admit data 2018: Admit rate 24%. Average UC Capped weighted 4.02 and average SAT was 1303.
with a UC GPA below 4, i think they are all a reach. Hoping you applied more broadly.
Good luck
Got into UCSB as undeclared
