You have great chances for all these schools, including JHU BME, but you probably already knew that. A word of advice though, don’t retake the ACT. Submit the SAT I, which will be viewed as a perfect score since the admissions committee groups scores and you will be grouped with the 2400’s. It’s a red flag when schools see students who appear on paper to be obsessed with perfect records, retaking tests when it is unnecessary. Such compulsions can be viewed as a predictor of students who have mental breakdowns in college, where perfect records are often shattered. Redirect your efforts to things that matter more.
