I would appreciate anyone’s feedback! It would mean a lot

Given that most students overestimate their strength in these categories, and that you’re OOS, I’d say W&M is an extreme reach.

UNC Chapel-Hill is a low reach, not because of your academics, but because of your state of residence. They take less than 20% of out of state applicants. William and Mary is another reach, for the same reason. Good luck! Maybe chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/2008153-johns-hopkins-ed-to-zanvyl-krieger-college-of-arts-and-sciences-chances.html#latest

I think both should be considered a reach because of your OOS status. You have a better chance at W&M but still just very competitive for OOS. Give it a try but just know that VA and NC both favor in state students.

@CThomson18 @Muad_dib Extreme reach is a huge exaggeration. I don’t think this guy knows what he’s talking about OP. The OOS acceptance rate at W&M is 31% and the ACT range is 28-33, so you’re close to the 75th percentile of admitted students.
