Chance me University of Florida

Hi, I'm a junior now and was wondering if someone could chance me on getting into UF. I plan to major in engineering, I'm not sure what field yet. I'm pretty sure I'm qualified to get in, but just want to make sure. I have made straight A's throughout school and my UF GPA is about 4.6 . My class rank is about 15 out of 750.

Come on, anyone?

Is University of Florida even hard to get into? It seems as if they would accept you right away; however, I am not familiar with the university you want to do to, so I am not entirely sure. It does seem though that you would be accepted quite easily.

You’re in. Especially with that Math score and going into Engineering. Congratulations! Also, you’re eligible for the Bright Futures Academic Scholars award (assuming you are a Florida resident).

Are you really bent on being a Gator? There are other Florida schools with Engineering Departments and you might snag a couple of scholarships by entering their Honors Programs (your SAT scores qualify you). USF Scholars Award (merit), for example, gives you an extra $3K a year.

Regardless, you’ll do fine.

My brother is in the Engineering school.

You are in.

It’s tough. Intel and Google recruit from there. Three friends just graduated and are off to CA for Intel at 6 figure salaries.

Don’t knock UF Engineering
