Also would i have more of a chance if I apply EA or ED?

Seems fine. Don’t be worried with either the SAT or GPA. I know people who just got into UMD CS with a slightly lower GPA and SAT. ECs are solid. As long as you didn’t do badly in your CS classes at school, you should be fine. I don’t think EA has a different acceptance rate than ED (generally speaking), so personally, I don’t think it would make too much of a difference.

I don’t know how your GPA system is but you seem in good shape for admission simply based off your SAT’s and extracurriculars

UMD does not have ED. Apply Priority (EA). You don’t say if you are OOS or IS. Your course load, gpa and scores look competitive for UMD. Good luck!
