Chance me? Unsure senior

So I am a high school senior, and I am just curious on my chances of getting into these colleges : UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCI, USC, Cal Poly SLO, OSU, U of Michigan Ann Arbor, Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Johns Hopkins. I know a lot of these are difficult so any input would be appreciated. I have already been accepted into SDSU as a safety school. I am a California student, very low-income and first generation college student. Hoping for a bio major.

W GPA- 4.75 UW 3.96 (two fluke Bs which are addressed in my essays)
UC capped GPA- 4.25
SAT- 1350 (I know its very bad but I could only afford one shot at it)
AP Tests- 4 on AP World, 4 on AP Language, 5 on APUSH, 2 on AP Bio ( I could not take the class as I had to work to help my family, but I tried to take it anyways and nearly passed-also addressed in essays)
Senior Year courses: AP Literature, AP Government, AP Econ, AP Calculus AB&BC, AP Chemistry.
Class Rank- 6/538
Honors and Awards- Principals Honor Roll all four years, Honor Guard junior year (top 12 of junior class are recognized at senior graduation)
Extracurriculars-Ran track sophomore year, played JV and V soccer junior ad senior year as well as club soccer. Worked junior and senior year to support family, volunteered for approximately 100 hours. Founded a club at my school as well.
Letters of recommendation- Counselor letter of rec is decent, but I have two amazing letters from my teachers.
Essays- I think my essays are very well-written, I discuss my motivation and drive for success as well as hoping to escape the lifestyle my parents live and repay them for all they have done for me.
I believe I have a good chance at getting into most schools I am applying to, but the Ivys are definitely going to be difficult, I know I probably won’t get into any of them.
I’ve been very nervous and feel like I won’t get in anywhere so any opinion would be appreciated.
I can supply more information if needed. Thank you.

SLO/UCI/UCSB: Match
UCSD/USC: High Match
UCB/UCLA: Low Reach- High Match

Good Luck.

Although your GPA is really high, I believe @Gumbymom is correct in saying USC is a high match, as your GPA is in the 75th percentile, but your SAT is below the 25th percentile, moreover I think what really pushed USC into high match territory was affordability, as you won’t be able to attend with FA I assume. Maybe you can note that you could only afford to go at it once, but students tend to get scholarships to take the SAT again from their schools so I am not sure if it will help that much to say the reason its low is because affordability of taking the test.

USC is reach. Rest are matches. You don’t have chance at Harvard, Yale, Stanford, or JHU. Ann Arbor high match to low reach, guessing you get in. Good luck!
