Since there are so many i did a lot o volunteering both community and international ones.
Became a Peer Tutor for underprevileged kids and some sports in golf and swimming. I think my ECs are really strong but i am mostly concerned about my SATs...

Do you guys think i have a chance in CAS ED? or should I not waste my valuable ED on UPENN?

nothing personal but i really hate when people ask this sort of question: “or should I not waste my valuable ED on UPENN?”

dont include awards from middle school and did you make AIME?

The decision to ED is entirely up to you. If you were contemplating ED in the first place, our opinions should have little to no bearing on your decision, because you were already dead set on applying early. If Penn is indeed your first and greatest choice by far then I don’t see a reason not to apply ED. Statistically speaking, your chances for ED are greater than your chances for RD.

ED is a personal decision. There is no “wasting your valuable ED”. If you don’t think you can get in ED, then I’d say it’d be harder to imagine getting in RD, but that’s my personal opinion. I think you have a decent chance at Penn. Good luck with it all.

you’re a canadian asian who’s good at math and can get good test scores in his native language. do you do anything else?

MY Extra Curricular is very strong because I have been involved in many sports and volunteering as well as good leadershipt through Model UN and Debate. I don’t see myself as typical asian because I am good at math. I tried to be very well rounded. Oh btw, regarding “wasting ED” i meant by going for a lower school becasue Upenn is too hard. I know that Upenn is definitely my first choice but If I have 0% chance I want to aim little lower.
