First off, you are low income and OOS for UCLA, so you need to be aware that UCLA will offer no financial aid. Expect to pay $60K/year to attend. This school is not affordable.
That said, you look like a competitive applicant but based on UC GPA and test scores, UCLA will be a tough admit.
USC will also be a tough admit, since they like high test scores but your GPA is on target. Your EC’s are decent but having your AA may help along with good LOR’s and essays.
Good Luck.
How are you going to afford any of these schools? You’ll get very little money from any OOS schools. Unless you can afford 60k per year, you should take UCLA off your list.
I have $20,000 in scholarship money so far. I also would only have to pay for two years at majority of the schools listed. I have a couple financial safety schools. UCLA is just a reach school that I would like to attend if circumstances allow.
University of Illinois Urbana Champaign - I’d guess accepted here
University of Houston Main Campus - Accepted
Trinity University - Accepted
University of Texas Austin - Accepted, probably.
University of Georgia - Accepted
Tulane University - Maybe accepted, maybe waitlisted. Your SAT is a tiny bit low, but your GPA may push you over.
University of California Los Angeles - Probably denied, becasue of your SAT. However, even if you were to get in, it would definitely not be affordable; the tuition would be 2x your family income, and they WILL NOT GIVE YOU AID.
University of Southern California - Again, I’ll guess rejected, but you’re borderline. They will be far more generous with aid, so if you get in it’s much more plausible for you to attend.
Good luck regardless

UIUC: Low match to high safety. 60 to 80%.
UH: Low safety. Above 80%.
Trinity: Low match to high safety. 60 to 80%.
UT: Low safety. Above 80%.
Georgia: Low match to high safety. 60 to 80%.
Tulane: Match. 40 to 60%.
UCLA: High reach. Below 20%. Very expensive given your circumstances.
USC: Match. 40 to 60%. Also expensive.
Urbana Champaign- rejected
UT Austin- good shot
UCLA- rejected
USC- rejected
You’re SAT is ‘low’, but grades are good and you are low income. USC can give generous aid if you can manage to get it
