Marshall doesn't accept Grades lower than B for math classes, but otherwise you seem ok. So I don't know know what to tell you.

wait so u can get a 3.84 with a c and b. Wow that makes me alittle more relieved.

ya, im not exactly sure how he has the gpa, assuming calc is a 5 unit class like most cc's. but everywhere is diffrent i guess

Yes, the C in Calc will hurt you, especially since it is a prerequisite class for Marshall. Also, I suggest you either get a job or take on leadership positions in school clubs.

I transferred to USC as a sophomore from a private 4-year university. My GPA freshman year was a 3.93 (an A- counts as a 3.7). I took all honors and APs in high school and never got below a B in anything (got a 5 in AP calc), and I was involved in a decent amount of extracurriculars. Even so, I was not accepted to Marshall because my app was lacking work and leadership experience.

My recommendation is to apply undeclared or for another major and switch to Marshall once you are at USC.
