<p>Hey! I've posted a thread here before but a lot has changed so I wanted to start fresh. =)</p>
<p>I'm a junior. I'm male, in Virginia, white, private Catholic school.</p>
<p>GPA: ~102/100 but my school inflates tremondously.
Rank: School doesn't rank, but I know that I am 3/~65, even if it won't go on my app.
Courses: Most advanced possible, 2 APs this year, 5 APs next year.
SAT: 660 CR, 800 M, 770 W (1460/2230). Aiming for a higher CR score in March.
Others: Taking 2 APs and 3 SATIIs this May.</p>
<p>Extra-Curriculars:
-6 years varsity tennis, coaches award in 9th grade.
-4 years varsity cross country
-Key Club, 4 years. Board Member in 10th grade, Vice President in 11th grade, probably President next year.
-NHS, 2 years. May run for lower leadership position for next year.
-Film Club, Founder & President
-Church acolyte for 5 years, team leader, 100+ hours
-Church candlelight concert usher (paid), 50+ hours
-Volunteering at a nursing home, 20+ hours
-I spent the last 5 summers at a summer camp in New Hampshire. Besides being able to write a terrific essay based on my experiences there, I did 100+ hours of trailwork on the White Mountains.
-This summer, I am applying to be an intern for the Bank of America. If I do not get that job, I plan on attending a summer program at Brown, Harvard, etc. for a few weeks and volunteering at either a law firm, hospital, etc. for the remainder of the summer.</p>
<p>Awards:
-10th in the State, National French Exam (10th grade)
-Outstanding Dedication Award for Key Club - 30+ hours of service
-1st Honors throughout high school
-Commended for PSATs (likely - 209)</p>
<p>Essays & Recommendations:
-Obviously have not started yet, but I think they'll be pretty good.</p>
<p>Legacies at: UVA (mom), Vanderbilt (dad), UMichigan (grandparents)</p>
