Chance me? Uva, UDel, TCNJ?

I want to go to one of these for biomedical engineering and I'm wondering if I have a shot. Especially with UVa. Right now temple is my safety school I guess even though I pretty much hate the urban feel or the campus. I'm eligible for a full tuition scholarship and that's kind of hard to pass up.

I'm taking it again bc I'm actually way better at math than cr and Idek how that 730 happened.
I'll be taking ap bio, Econ, and psych senior year. Those are my only APs.
I'm in exec board of interact, president of a small academic club that attends the brain bee of NJ, I'm a member of math league and hoping to get in the top 3 participants at my school, I'm in or was in some other clubs on and off, I play intramural soccer, I do some outside volunteer work but most of it is with interact. I work at an animal hospital 8 hrs a week.

Any insight into what merit aid I might get at each university would be helpful too! And any other ideas for safety schools with bme in nj, de, ny, pa,bmd, or va greatly appreciated.

if you are oos then UVA is a reach — try for a 2150 SAT
temple is def a safety
UDEL is a low match high safety
TCNJ is a match
