Your GPA may be a little low for UVA but I think that you more than make up for it with how diverse your application is and with how many APs you have taken.
Your ECs are phenomenal and your SAT scores are great.
I think you have a fair chance of UVA and a good chance of W and M and George Washington. Georgetown and Hopkins are hard schools but I think its definitely worth applying. It helps that you interned with the hopkins professor. UNC is very hard for out of staters. Its worth applying if you really want to have a chance to go the school.
I think VT would qualify as a safety school for you. I wouldn’t worry about getting into that school! It still is fantastic though.
I don’t know a lot about Villanova so I won’t be much help in that aspect.
