<p>Your scores are low for engineering. You need 2100+/31+ for UMich and UIUC and that is only the 25%. Minnesota has slightly lower admission stat in general, however, their ChemE is the best on your list. It would probably be as competitive as the other ones. WISC is also not too far off. your GPA is okay for most but a little bit low for UMich (CoE admission average at 3.9). Try your best to boost your test scores if you want to have a better chance for UMich/UMN/WISC/UIUC.</p>
