Hey, I’m from NY and my college list is due next week. So far I have NYU, Stony Brook, Vassar, University of Rochester, Baruch and Hunter. I already applied to Binghamton, UBuffalo and Fordham through early action. I want to do something bio-related.
GPA- 92
Class rank- 289/1186
Sat- 1390 (I took the November one, hopefully, I got a 1400+)
Extracurriculars/Experience:
Worked at a hospital
Worked a summer camp counsellor
I volunteer 2 hours 30 minutes 5 days a week at an afterschool program currently

If you checked affordability then I think your list is good as is. If you don’t get favorable results from any EA school you can always add a couple more less competitive schools. You might consider:
–If you want a school that would be closer to a safety in the NYC area then consider Manhattan College (in Riverdale – I think it has rolling admissions).
–Union College (near Albany) is excellent in the sciences and is in your wheelhouse academically.
–Baruch is known mainly as a business school – not sure if other CUNY schools may be better fits for science.
