Can someone chance me for Civil Engineering? I’m hoping to get in, this is one of my top schools!

The easy answer would be to say yes, your stats absolutely match the average VT student, as well as your extracurriculars. The hard answer is that none of us can chance you. Every year kids who thought they would get in do not then spend hours analyzing why. The reason why is that more people apply than spots are open. Some good students will make the cut and some won’t. The best advice is to get super excited about three colleges. Be a cheerleader for all 3. Psyche yourself up to realize that you will be happy at any of them. Then you can only walk away from this process satisfied.
