Thank you in advance to anyone who replies to this!

I'm a white female from NoVa. W&M is my dream school so I'll be applying ED there, but of course I've got to look at other options too because their acceptance rate is pretty low. My SAT is 1950 superscored (760 CR, 570 M, 620 W) but I'll be taking the ACT in September, which I'll hopefully do better on. My weighted GPA is 3.9 overall, 4.1 for my junior year. I took almost all honors classes freshman and sophomore year and 1 AP sophomore year, 2 junior year, and I'll have about 3-4 senior year, depending on what my school offers. I am not in any honors classes junior/senior year because my new school doesn't offer them. I have ECs I'm extremely dedicated to, and some of them I have been doing for 9+ years. Personally I think my essays are good - I've had a few peers edit them thus far who agreed, but I'll continue running them through the editing process until they're the best they can be. I'll also have some solid rec letters.

I know my GPA and SATs aren't exactly stunning, but in 9th and 10th grade I was violently bullied. I'm planning to explain in my additional info section why my grades suffered for those first two years - I was literally beaten on a near-daily basis and the administration refused to stop the bullies. They did numerous things to me outside of physically attacking me, but I don't really want to delve too deeply into that since I think the admissions could interpret it as me being whiny instead of explaining the circumstances in which I received less than stellar grades. I changed schools after 10th grade and I now attend a very tiny private school where no one could dream of getting away with bullying, hence the 4.1 junior year GPA. Because my GPA and SAT aren't fantastic, but I'm able to explain the lower grades, do I still have a chance at these schools (particularly W&M)? I know there's no way to know for sure, but estimates would be appreciated!
