Chance Me W/o Seeing Ec's!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys I want to isolate the problem of my application, and whenver i post the whole package, people never seem to respond to my question. So my question right now is...

Are these test scores and GPA where they should be (not barely enough, i need them to be up there), for the following schools:

Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Penn
Schreyers (PSU Honors College)
Cornell
Dartmouth
Washington University in St. Louis
University of Chicago
Duke

Here's the stats:

Weighted GPA: 4.81
Unweighted GPA: 3.94
SAT: 2210 (760 Math, 720 Reading, 730 Writing) (will retake)
SAT Subject Tests:
Math IIC- 720
US History- 710
Chemistry- 750
PSAT: 210 (76 Math, 64 Reading, 70 Writing)

(8 APs, 11 Honors, Toughest Possible Courseload)

All A's and one B throughout highschool. The B came in AP Calculus.

So once again here's my questions:

1.) Are these test scores and GPA where they should be?
2.) How can I improve?
3.) Do SAT II’s really matter that much?
4.) Which specific colleges do I need to improve my stats for?

Your stats are fine.

Go to collegedata.com look at the admissions tracker at the specific schools you want to go to (make an account first). Other people like yourself can make anonymous accounts and it tells you their SAT scores, rank, GPA blah blah and if they got accepted/rejected or not. Then you can click on the individual people and see what ECs they had and the types of classes they took. It's really helpful.

The test scores are not where GPA is a useless number without knowing rank. If you go to an average school most accepted will be in the top 2 in the class. SATIIs really matter at those schools, but just your top 2 or 3.

provided that you have no hooks, for HYP your numbers are mediocre

well my high school is nonranking but it's above average, this year we sent about 20-25 kids to ivy league schools (out of 400). We worked out class rank this year just as a matter of interest and I am

3/415

sooooo?

and what is a hook?

What makes you special and attractive? Why eliminate your ECs?

i will add my EC's in a seperate thread because I've realized that if the whole package is shown people don't pay as much attention, and I don't want my grades to have an influence on their decision. add duke and brown to my colleges list too

I don't understand why you split up the stats and ECs. Colleges view things hollistically (sp?). They don't rely solely on stats nor ECs.

That said, stats are good enough to apply. ECs are a lil' lacking in commitment (lots of one-year memberships)

Agreed, your stats look good, but I'd have to know your ECs to be able to chance you for all the schools you mentioned. After all, for the schools you've mentioned, GPA is only one component of your admission

ok so i guess what im really asking is

are my SAT and SAT II scores good for where I'm applying, and if not, is it worth retaking any of them?

Never retake SAT2's unless you really F up mathiic.

And seeing these scores and your "ecs" I have a feeling you're lieing big time about one of them if not both.

honestly all i can say is wow. "you're lieing big time about one of them if not both." What the hell is this? Yea ok dude if you want to start a thread about how I'm lying about my stats go ahead. because I definitely have a reason to lie because i get so much satisfaction out of fooling the people of CC!! and screw this thread ill just put it all together cuz apparently no one understands the purpose of splitting them up.
