-journalism club co-founder/secretary (11-12)
-work as kennel technician at vet (11-12)
-ice cream store shift leader (10-11)

-key club (9)

-4.13/5 weighted GPA
-9.88% class rank (but my school doesn’t send it to colleges)
-AP’s: AP US (4), AP Gov (5), AP Bio (5), AP Lang (4), currently in AP Calc and AP Chem
-College Credit: currently in US literature, will be in Algebra-based Physics and Intro to HTML second semester
-took honors wherever I could if I didn’t take AP
-National Honor Society
-Honor Roll

-2 rec letters, one from my AP Bio Teacher and other from my AP Lang teacher. they’re both probably pretty solid, especially the bio one.

Also question: Should I send my AP scores? I haven’t done that yet

yes to the AP question- why wouldn’t you send those scores? they are all 4’s and 5’s.

I think you have a decent chance. Wash U as you know has gotten VERY competitive and is full of VERY high stat kids. But it’s pretty numbers driven, and you seem to have the stats. But no matter how good your stats, it’s a tough school to get imto and many more get rejected than accepted.
It seems to me that your GPA might keep you out, though. You aren’t near the top of you class…

Hi there. D graduated Washu last May. She had numbers similar to yours, I think she superscored 35 on ACT.

You have an excellent chance, and if you don’t get in, well you’ve done your very best. There are plenty of other good schools just as good of a fit for you. Good Luck!
