Pretty good shot.

R most students at w&l in a faternity or in a dorm.

Your chances are not good if you can’t spell correctly.

Seriously according to my stats.

All are great schools. W&L is somewhat differnt than the others, more traditional with things like its Honor System, the Speaking Tradition and Fraternities/Sororities (80% join and there is a place for every personilty type). The others might be a bit more “intellectual-ly” feeling. W&L has very strong students with interest in the professions primarily, but not so much things like going into academia (of which the other schools have a much higher percentage).

How do I look for admission/Johnson? Thank you!

where ever you want. throw in a couple higher end schools too…especially ones that give away financial aid in buckets…go to [url=<a href=“http://www.questbridge.org%5DQuestBridge”>http://www.questbridge.org]QuestBridge Home/url to partner colleges for a list to apply, and Carleton is on the list. Hope my son sees you there. He’s white, but poor - a good thing it seems nowadays. His scores are much higher than yours , but MR. selfish did little for others lately, did in past but not htis past year and this may keep him out of all but the local public landgrant school.

say, being from Ethiopia parents, you probably can’t find any american Indian inyou. It’s absolutely the best to be for getting into college these days. due to white people genociding almost the entire race, there are very few left and they’ve been dealt a raw deal …trail of tears, reservations…

I digress. sounds like you’ll do great. Being Black is the next best thing. I’d play down the first generation from Etheopia though. Admissions are alikely to smile more kindly on you if they think you’re from slave ancestors.

sorry to be so calculating, but college admissions and paying for it has become a major circus/industry.

it’ll break my heart you don’t get into your dream school. you certainly deserve it. so sad it’s so horribly competitive out there. wishing you all the success for your focused, goal oriented dedication and hard work.

Based on your numbers, you’ll definitely be a finalist. Unfortunately, none of your numbers are seen by the interview panel that makes a majority of the calls. If you interview well, you stand a good chance, and your numbers give you hope even if you should bomb the interview. Interviewers do see your resume and essays. Finally, a good portion of the “non-winning” finalists get a full-tuition scholarship, and almost all of them get half-tuition awards.
