Is that 3.5 UW GPA cumulative not including the last reporting period? It’s going to be low for WashU. Unless there are some mitigating circumstances.

I would also advise not to send too many emails to your regional AO. 8 emails seem to be overkill TBH. You have already expressed your interest in the visit/interview.

Does it help that in my Progress Report with all IB classes, i have a 3.74 u/w and 4.6 weighted (this is not cumulative GPA including the last 3 years , just what the gpa of the progress report is )

^the progress report may help. It will indicate an upwards trend, especially with a rigorous classload.
