Summer/Research:
4 week research at JHU Labs with a Ph.D there studying dark-field microscopy imaging.
I also have 3-4 published articles as well these are on imaging technologies to help examine breast cancer non-invasively.

I was very sick my sophomore year of High school so I didnt really do so hot. It brought down my GPA. I was hoping that my standardized test scores, extra Cirrc, and my interest ( I have visited, interviewed, and attended all their information sessions in my area) would boost my chances. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!

I think your chances are pretty good

Your GPA is a bit low for Wash U, but ultimately I think your SAT and extra curriculars will make up for that. If you eD, I think you have a solid shot at Wash U, IMO.

WashU doesnt release info about GPA but your class rank and SATs are above average. I’d say match.

I think ED at WashU is about a low reach for you. Your GPA is a bit low, test scores are great, and ECs are above average as well for that caliber of school. The fact that your Indian definitely hurts you, as well as your unweighted GPA. You have a better shot than most though. Your application is strong!
