I know my SAT score is relatively low, but do my decent EC’s make up for it?

WashU and Vandy love their standardized test scores so 1430 is still low despite the ECs. I’m assuming you’re OOS for UNC and that will be a reach.

Try to take one more SAT to get to 1500+.

Unfortunately this was the last SAT I could take

Can you take an ACT?

No, I have to take the Subject test for chem in Oct then I’m done.

Extracurriculars and GPA are really good, but SATs are on the lower end for these schools.

Any hooks?

I mean my non-profit might be. My Common App essay and other supplemental essays are essentially centralized around it. It also connects perfectly with my mom’s disease as that is what inspired me to open it. I don’t know if that technically counts as a “hook” though.
