Teacher Rec: Above Average (NOT LIKE SUPER EXCELLENT)

I am worried about GPA because I don't have Straight As... I have Bs too

Please chance me!

Hmm, you’re one candidate who is actually on the cusp. I honestly have no idea whether you’ll get in or not. Your GPA could be higher, but your SAT scores are great. Your ECs are above average, but they’re not excellent.

None of this to say you’re not in the running; you most certainly are. With your stats, though, there’s no way to predict whether or not you’ll get in. Definitely apply, though.

fellow canadian applying to wharton ED here=]

your SAT’s and EC’s are really enviable, but I think your B’s might be a deciding factor when adcoms compare you to other canadian applicants. As far as I can know, most Canadian applicants to HYP and Wharton have 95%+ averages. That being said, you still have good SAT’s to offset your GPA.

Best luck=]
