Hi,
I am from Kyrgyzstan, although I'm a U.S citizen.
I study in one of the best private schools in my country. I am graduating this year at the age of 15.
I am fluent in 4 languages (English, Russian, Kyrgyz, Turkish).
Although I am very good at math (future computer programmer), I suck at standardized tests (ACT, SAT). I feel myself really nervous when taking them :(
My stats:
SAT (superscore) : 1640 (yup, I'm stupid :( )
Retook in in November, waiting for my scores fingers crossed
Taking SAT II Math Level 2 in Dec.
ACT composite: 23
We don't use a 4/4 GPA system here, but 5/5 system.
So far, I have 5.0/5.0 from my sophomore class, and 4.8/5.0 during my junior.
Although we don't have APs here, I take the most challenging classes available.
Very good recommendations and essays.
Extras:
Class rank - 1/80
President of school debate club
Actively participating in schools social life, Parliament tech.
Regional English Olympics - 1st place
National English Olympics -2nd place
Organized first ever robotics club in my school - president
EC's - basketball, computer programming, currently working on a new social networking project, volunteering in an orphanage for invalids, school radio DJ
No need for financial aid. Paying all on my own. Where can I apply?
So far, here's my list (gonna cross out more than 1/2 and leave approximately 6)
• University of Maryland--College Park
• Binghamton University--SUNY
• University at Albany--SUNY
• University at Buffalo--SUNY
• Stony Brook University--SUNY
• Boston University
• Northeastern University
• University of Massachusetts--Amherst
• University of California--Riverside
• University of California--Santa Cruz
• University of California--Irvine
• University of California--Santa Barbara
• University of California--Davis
• University of Southern California
• University of California--San Diego
What are my chances of being accepted to the universities above?
Please, feel free to advise on how to increase my chances.
Thanks in advance :)

My TOEFL is 101/120 :)

bummmmpppppppp

Please… anybody??

Everything but your test scores are impressive. I’d say many of these schools are low reaches.

I think they are a mixture of low-reaches and high matches. Try to improve your test scores. Please get me back

Your gpa and class rank are excellent, but due to your sat score, most of the colleges you specified are high matches/low reaches for you. Anyways, good luck!
